Committee Description:

The Dean & Chair Committee is an Administrative Governance Council participatory governance committee comprised of all Continuing Education Deans and Program Chairs. The mission of the committee is to communicate, discuss, and resolve potential concerns as related to the organization and operation of the Program Chair model. Where necessary, such resolutions shall be communicated as a recommendation to the Administrative Governance Council.

Co-Chairs:

A Dean and a Chair to be selected by the Deans and Chairs, respectively. Term limited to two academic years.

Committee Membership:

All Deans and all Program Chairs

Committee Goals:

  • Address operational matters relating to the Program Chair model;
  • Provide a forum for sustained communications; and
  • Coordinate program and facility priorities and needs.
